A moment that propels them forward — Buen Camino!

In just two weeks, Sarah, my wife Patti, and I will board flights to Spain with 5 young delegates and pro-life powerhouse Brandi Swindell of Stanton Healthcare – all on our way to the 2016 Pilgrimage to Life & Leadership Conference.

The American delegates include our three Essay Contest Winners (Avery, Victoria, and Anna), as well as Hayley Bifulco and Emily LeGrand from Church of the Intercessor Cathedral in New York. Hayley actually spent most of last summer with CEC For Life as our intern, and years ago, when Emily was just 8-yrs-old, she traveled with us to do pro-life outreach in Ireland!

CEC For Life is privileged to have each of these young leaders traveling with us for this Conference, because almost every one of them is someone this ministry has invested time in, prayed for, and done pro-life outreach with over the years.

This is a huge part of our vision!  To train youth up from a young age and equip them to continue the work of this ministry – namely to build a culture of Life in every country that God opens the door.

Brandi Swindell will also be joining us.  Brandi is the CEO of Stanton Healthcare, a life-affirming group of pregnancy health centers focused on replacing Planned Parenthood with compassionate and cutting-edge healthcare.  Brandi will be one of the Conference’s key speakers, and if any woman in the pro-life movement knows how to lead – this woman does.  In fact, she was just featured in Cosmopolitan as the woman who can take down Planned Parenthood!

CEC For Life has been praying daily for every young person attending this Conference.  We have been praying for the days we’ll spend as pilgrims on the Camino.  We have earnestly cried out for God to raise up this present generation as a brilliant light in a very dark world.

We believe this Conference will be a milestone for every young leader in attendance – a moment that propels them forward on the path God has for them.  We ask that you join us in those prayers.

And, if you would like to join us financially, please consider making an online donation to help cover the cost of this trip.  Simply click here and include “Spain” in the Comment section of our online donation form.

Many of you have also asked if we would post the winning essays for people to read.  Request granted!  Just click any of the three links below.  Buen Camino!
