March for Life 2022

In the fall of 2021, the Supreme Court began hearing oral arguments for two crucial cases — one from Texas and one from Mississippi. Both have brought a direct challenge to Roe v. Wade, asking the Supreme Court to overturn the landmark decision that made abortion legal in all 50 states nearly 50 years ago.

This is an incredible moment in our nation’s history. While overturning Roe v. Wade would not stop abortion overnight, it would create the ability for states to criminalize the atrocity and make whole states abortion-free. It would save countless lives in the womb and be a true turning point in the fight for life.

And the enemy knows it.

Abortion is deeply embedded in many arenas in our nation — political, social, and spiritual — and the evil driving it will not go down without a fight. But we know who already won that fight! And when we go to DC in January 2022, we go to proclaim the light of Christ and be Christ incarnate in the streets of our nation’s capital and on the very steps of the building where the tide could truly turn — the Supreme Court.

We invite all of you to join us — prayerfully, peacefully, and legally — as we stand fast with our brothers and sisters in the womb and proclaim the Gospel of Life.

Come and gather with pro-life citizens from across the nation as we pray hardstand fast, and march on!

IMPORTANT: Plans & Locations Have Changed! (See Below)

As you may have seen in the news, Mayor Bowser in DC recently launched a vaccine passport mandate that will take effect January 15, 2022. This mandate will require vaccine cards to be presented at places like restaurants, gyms or coffee shops as well as conference spaces. Yotel DC will not only be required to check vaccine cards in certain spaces, there will also be new restrictions on meeting spaces, such as the ballroom where our group would gather.

After speaking with a few group leaders, and after much prayer and consideration, CEC For Life saw no other choice than to cancel our contract with Yotel DC and make some changes to our March for Life activities.

We will still gather at the Supreme Court for our Annual Liturgy for the Preborn at 12 Noon, followed by joining the March. For our other activities, Bishop Rob Northwood has graciously offered to host our group at the Cathedral Church of Reconciliation in Bel Air, Maryland.

See the new schedule below:
